Class Teacher – Miss Thompson
Learning Support Assistant -Miss Gibson
Year 6 Class Routine
Our Year 6 pupils follow a structured and engaging weekly routine designed to support both academic learning and personal development.
Children are welcome to bring their own pencil cases to school; however, all essential writing materials will also be provided in class.
Physical Education:
Year 6 pupils take part in rugby sessions on Tuesday afternoons. Children should bring a suitable change of clothes, including appropriate footwear, for these sessions.
Community Visits:
On Wednesdays, small groups of children have the opportunity to visit a local care home. These visits are a valuable part of our commitment to community engagement and help pupils develop confidence, empathy, and social skills.
Topic of the Term
This half term is all about LEAVERS – our final ever term at primary school!
We won’t spoil the surprise just yet, but let’s just say we have a classroom packed full of celebrities ready to take to the stage.
As we count down the final weeks, it’s about so much more than rehearsals and performances. It’s about making the most of every moment with the friends we’ve grown up with, the classmates we’ve shared countless memories with, and the teachers who have helped us along the way.
Together we’ll celebrate the laughter, friendships, achievements and adventures that have made our primary school journey so special. Here’s to making our last few weeks at Llanfaes unforgettable!
